HR Generalist – Shoreview, MN
The HR Generalist will support the Product Marketing and eCommerce teams at Deluxe. The person in this position will provide support across all Human Resources disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
HR Generalist – Miramichi, NB, CA
The HR Generalist – Miramichi, is an opportunity at Hostopia, a Deluxe company in New Brunswick, Canada. The person in this position will focus on aspects of recruiting, health and safety, worker’s compensation, claims management, insurance benefit administration and company policy and procedure management.
HR Generalist/Recruiter – Lewiston, ME
The HR Generalist – Lewiston, is a unique role that incorporates responsibilities typically associated with both an HR Generalist and also a corporate Recruiter. The person in this position will provide frontline, day-to-day support in administering human resources policies and programs covering a broad range of HR topics which include recruiting, staffing and onboarding, employee interactions and support, performance management, training and development, site leadership and SAP utilization.
HR Project Coordinator – Shoreview, MN
The HR Project Coordinator will support Talent Management processes within the Organization Effectiveness and Talent Acquisition areas as well as occasional support to other disciplines across the HR function.
All three of these positions will have an opportunity to learn and grow within HR at Deluxe and Hostopia.

Winner of Small Business Revolution Announced!

Congratulations Wabash, IN!
Small business owners are the backbone of Main Streets across the United States, and this year, the Small Business Revolution is celebrating their contributions by bringing a $500,000 revitalization to one small town. The Small Business Revolution on Main Street kicked off in January with a call for nominations, and the excitement reached a fever pitch in May, during National Small Business Week, as our finalists competed in a head-to-head vote.
After more than 180,000 votes, Wabash is the winner! The transformation will be showcased in a show debuting this fall.
Stacy Palmer, Executive Director of the Silverton Chamber of Commerce was disappointed in losing out on the opportunity for her town to take home the prize, but also excited to see how Deluxe will benefit the local businesses in Wabash.
