Deluxe Employee Referral Policy
- Employee referrals must be individuals never before employed by a Deluxe company.
- There is no cap on the number of employee referrals that an employee can make.
- All employees are eligible to make employee referrals, but employee referral payouts are not available to HR, ELT, SLT, hiring managers, and contingent employees including agency temporaries, temporaries, and contractors.
- Employees will receive $50 paid out on the first check after new employee training and another $50 payout per employee referral, at the conclusion of the temporary employee’s seasonal employment.
- Employees and their employee referrals both must be actively employed on the dates of the scheduled payouts in order to receive the payouts.
- Employee Referral Program payments will be reported to Payroll as taxable income and will be subject to applicable withholdings.
- Participation in the Employee Referral Program is neither a guarantee of continued employment for current employees nor a guarantee of hire or continued employment for employee referrals.
- The Employee Referral Program is not – and should not be interpreted as – a contract between Deluxe/Vertical Response and its employees and/or employee referrals.
- Deluxe/Vertical Response reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate the Employee Referral Program at any time, with or without notice or consent.
